Feeding Therapy
If you are extremely concerned about your child’s feeding or have a medical diagnosis (NG/Gtube, tracheostomy tube, prematurity, Down syndrome, cleft lip and/or palate, aspiration, etc), your child may need feeding therapy. We have specialized training and experience in medically complex feeding. In order to get scheduled for feeding therapy, your child’s pediatrician or dentist must fax or email a prescription for services and fill out this referral form. Once a prescription and referral are received, we will reach out to schedule.
What’s the difference between an infant feeding consultation and feeding therapy?
The biggest difference between these two appointment types is duration of services. Feeding therapy patients will be given a weekly appointment time with specific therapeutic goals to work on to reach specific feeding outcomes.
Please note that we are currently private pay only for feeding therapy services. We will provide a Superbill after each visit to submit for possible reimbursement from your insurance company.
